These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clipzy mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Clipzy ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account or let others access it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Clipzy provides tools to create short-form videos using templates, edit them, add captions, and publish them to social media platforms. The Service includes:
Free Tier: You may use the Service for free with certain limitations, including watermarked exports.
Credits: Premium features (watermark removal, premium templates, AI features) require credits. Credits are purchased through in-app purchases processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe (web) and fulfilled via RevenueCat.
Refunds: Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits do not expire.
Price Changes: We may change credit pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits retain their value.
Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you upload to or create with the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
License: By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, render, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish. You must not use the Service to create or distribute:
When you connect social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook), you authorize us to publish content on your behalf at times you specify. We access these platforms using official APIs and only with your explicit permission. You can disconnect accounts at any time.
The Service uses AI services (including speech-to-text and content generation) provided by third parties. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing.
The Service, including its design, templates, code, and branding, is owned by Clipzy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIPZY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized usage data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
